We would like to inform you that several new policies have been made. The reason for us to make these new policies and enforce it was due to the fact that many people have a misconception that our store is like a petting zoo.

If you are interested in the puppy and true buyer, you would definitely make an appointment to see it again next time right?

 ·       In order to touch the puppies, you must make an appointment ahead of time.

·       You may not touch more than 3 different puppies at once.

·       You can not touch the puppies more than 2 times in total, this means per family, two appointments are allowed.

·       Hands will be sanitized before and after handling the puppy

Puppies will not be sold to families with children under the ages of 5 due to health risk for the puppy and children.

Petian never shipped out or delivery puppy.

All transactions are  in store only. we never ask bank account number or credit card account number by phone or email.

Petian.net does not tolerate any attempts to scam and defraud our users. In order to avoid scams, here are some rules to follow by.

  1. 1.Stay away from non-local transactions and do not trust sellers who claim to be out of the country.

  2. 2.Always meet with the seller in person and inspect the items before buying.

  3. 3.Never send money through services like Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, or BidPay.

  4. 4.Never accept any cashier's checks or money orders from unknown parties.

  5. 5.Beware of discounted or free puppies. They are most likely attempts to bait buyers into paying for absurd shipping & delivery charges for the "free" adoption.

  6. 6.When a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please report any suspicious ads so the website can remove them from their website.

A note on Puppy Scams

Popular breeds like Yorkies, Chihuahuas, English Bulldogs among others are being used as bait by scammers. They rely on specific tactics to target animal lovers to trap them into paying for a non-existent puppy. Beware of generic photos being misused and report any suspicious email exchanges you may have had with an advertiser.

Remember, the best way to prevent scams is to make sure you buy or sell locally and in-person
